HI, I AM ABBY JOHNSON.

I'm a mom of three, I'm married to my favorite veteran, I believe in Jesus, and I am a birth nerd.
In 2020 I captured my first birth. After I left, I called my husband and cried, "This is it! I want to do this for the rest of my life." I began capturing more births and started to gain some traction in the home birth community in North Georgia. The more births I attended, the more I felt called to become a Labor Doula. After becoming familiar with births, especially unmedicated labors outside of the hospital setting, I began studying birth outside the classroom. In 2023, I attended my first certification class to become a Professional Labor Doula. The hands-on training and experience of homebirth both first and secondhand was invaluable. My dream is to continue education to become a Homebirth Midwife after spending time as a Labor Doula.
I believe every birth, every birthday, every family, every wonderful moment deserves to be captured. Whether you're needing birth photos, or a doula, I would be honored to serve you.
